DISC is a language that facilitates communication and collaboration between people.

As we develop insight and understanding of the various DISC descriptions we study the silent world, which is often called non-verbal cues. What we ‘see’ is, according to research, the most important thing regarding how people express themselves and how they perceive others. What is Ensize DISC?
Ensize DISC is the Swedish name on a questionnaire that is based on the research of the psychologist W H Marston (USA), who during the 1920’s studied ‘normal people’ and their behaviour pattern.
