All coaching programmes are bespoke and designed specifically to be the support and catalyst for growth that you need to reach your objective.
All coaching engagements require an initial ‘chemistry’ meeting to ensure that Lyn or an associate coach is the right coach for you and to ascertain that coaching is right for you at this time. During this conversation if it is mutually agreed to move forward with the coaching then a coaching programme will be designed and will be forwarded to you for your approval.
Coaching engagements are confidential and adhere to the code of ethics of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ALNP)
Non-directive coaching is used for all coaching engagements, alongside this there will occasionally be directive coaching, this is mentoring, depending on the reason for coaching Lyn is able to offer mentoring where her skills and experience allow, so although non-directive coaching is predominantly used, mentoring can also be delivered. Reflective repatterning (RR) is an additional technique used and can be very powerful on it’s own, however RR will only be used with the client’s permission.

Directive – telling, giving advice
