Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of excellence, it is about how people achieve what they achieve, the study of brilliance and quality, how outstanding individuals and organisations get outstanding results.
NLP is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce results.
Neurology
The mind and how we think, our thoughts and how our bodies function
Linguistics
How we use language and how it affects us, it’s about what we say both verbally and non- verbally, how we interface and communicate with other people
Programming
How we sequence our actions to achieve our goals, all about what we do and how we create our model of the world
In its simplest form NLP is a process you have been using all your life. In its most sophisticated form it is a way of generating excellence in everything you do, as an individual, as a team, as a company
We can never know reality, only our perception of reality. We experience and respond to the world around us primarily through out sensory representational systems. It is our neuro-linguistic maps of reality that determine how we behave and that give those behaviours meaning, not reality itself. It is not reality that limits us or empowers us, but rather our map of reality.
Your map represents your reality or perception of the world and controls the actions you take and the way you communicate with others.
